Blunk's Tablecloth
Blunk's Tablecloth
Limited edition 'Blunk's Table' Tablecloth
Oakland-based artist Lucy Stark’s paintings and prints are bursting with glistening food, whimsical plates and lively picnics, conjuring relaxed afternoons with a winking playfulness. Stark spent ten days living and working in the Blunk House in 2023, where the main table was her painting surface, her still-life stage, and a site for lively dinner parties with friends and family.
This limited edition screen print tablecloth features a lively smattering of household objects from the Blunk House: ceramic plates by JB Blunk, a basket from Japan, wood salad servers fashioned from a sculpture's off-cut, and fresh-picked flowers from the Inverness Ridge.
