Blunk Servers – Cherry

$285.00

During the 1970s and ʼ80s, JB Blunk created serving spoons using wood scraps or fall-offs from his large-scale sculptures in his Inverness studio, and they were integral to the artist’s dinners, along with his handmade dishes and bowls. Timeless in form and function, these cherry wood pieces are reproductions of Blunk's originals by Jack Sasaki of Summer Studios, made in collaboration with Commune.

Packaging designed by Commune.

12” long x 3” wide x .75” high

Each order includes a 2 oz. tin of linseed and beeswax food-safe wood finish.

Hand wash with a small amount of gentle soap and lukewarm water. Hand dry. Apply wood finish with fingers or a thin cotton cloth and allow to soak in for a few hours.
